Why This Recipe is Seed Oil Free
Commercial STRAWBERRY 2% REDUCED FAT ultra-filtered milk from fairlife often contains inflammatory seed oils like canola, soybean, or sunflower oil. This homemade version replaces them with healthier fats like butter, ghee, coconut oil, or avocado oil — giving you the same great taste without the processed oils.
The original STRAWBERRY 2% REDUCED FAT ultra-filtered milk may also contain artificial dyes. Check it on DyeFreeCheck to find out.

Instructions
Step 1. In a high-speed blender, combine 680g frozen strawberries with 500ml (2 cups) of the organic milk. Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes until strawberries are completely pureed and mixture is smooth. The frozen berries will help chill the final product and create a thick, milkshake-like consistency.
Step 2. Add 240ml honey, 15ml vanilla extract, and 5g sea salt to the strawberry-milk mixture. Blend for another 30 seconds to fully incorporate. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed - the mixture should be slightly sweeter than desired since diluting with remaining milk will reduce sweetness perception.
Step 3. Add 160g vanilla whey protein powder gradually while blender is running on low speed. This prevents clumping. Once fully incorporated, blend on high for 1 minute to ensure smooth integration. The protein will also help thicken the mixture naturally.
Step 4. Pour the strawberry concentrate into a large pitcher or mixing bowl. Gradually whisk in the remaining 6.1 liters of cold organic milk, stirring constantly to ensure even distribution. The final mixture should be uniformly pink with no streaking or separation.
Step 5. Transfer to glass bottles or jars, leaving about 1 inch of headspace for shaking before use. Refrigerate immediately. The mixture will continue to thicken slightly as it chills due to the natural proteins and fiber from strawberries.
Storage
Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days. Shake well before each use as natural separation is normal. Do not freeze as this will change the texture. Best served cold.
