Sidi Ali is pure natural mineral water with zero calories and no additives - completely seed oil free by nature. Since true mineral water cannot be replicated (it comes from specific geological springs), this DIY version creates mineralized water using filtered water and organic trace mineral supplements. No problematic ingredients to replace, but homemade provides better mineral content control.

Instructions
Step 1. Start with 30.4L (8 gallons) of the highest quality filtered water available. If using tap water, ensure it's filtered through activated carbon and reverse osmosis to remove chlorine, fluoride, and other chemicals. Room temperature water mixes minerals more easily than cold water.
Step 2. In a large clean container (glass preferred), add 2g (1/3 teaspoon) Redmond Real Salt and 8g (2 teaspoons) Natural Calm calcium/magnesium powder. These provide the foundational minerals. Stir thoroughly with a non-metal spoon for 2-3 minutes until completely dissolved.
Step 3. Add 15ml (1 tablespoon) ConcenTrace trace minerals drop by drop while stirring continuously. This concentrated liquid contains 72+ ionic minerals. The water may take on a slight mineral taste and possible light cloudy appearance - this is normal and indicates proper mineralization.
Step 4. Allow the water to rest for 30-60 minutes at room temperature, stirring occasionally. This allows complete mineral integration and pH stabilization. The final pH should be around 7.2-7.8, similar to natural mineral water.
Step 5. Store in glass containers in the refrigerator for best taste. Use within 7-10 days for optimal freshness. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Gently swirl before pouring as minerals may naturally settle slightly over time.
Storage
Store in glass containers in refrigerator, use within 7-10 days. Avoid plastic containers which can leach chemicals. Natural mineral settlement is normal - gently swirl before serving.

High upfront cost for mineral supplements, but they last for months of batches. Quality filtered/spring water is the main recurring cost. Bulk mineral buying provides significant long-term savings.
