Based on: Strawberry Peach · Makes approximately 24 servings (12 oz each) · Serving: 12 fl oz (1 can equivalent)

Why This Recipe is Seed Oil Free

Commercial Strawberry Peach from Sparkling Water often contains inflammatory seed oils like canola, soybean, or sunflower oil. This homemade version replaces them with healthier fats like butter, ghee, coconut oil, or avocado oil — giving you the same great taste without the processed oils.

The original Strawberry Peach may also contain artificial dyes. Check it on DyeFreeCheck to find out.

Instructions

Step 1. In a large glass pitcher or mixing bowl, combine 32 fl oz (4 cups) of sparkling water with 1/2 teaspoon organic strawberry extract and 1/2 teaspoon organic peach extract. Stir very gently with a wooden spoon to avoid losing carbonation - the goal is to distribute the extracts evenly without over-mixing.
Step 2. Taste the mixture and adjust flavoring as needed. The flavor should be subtle and refreshing, not overpowering. Add an additional 1/4 teaspoon of either extract if more pronounced fruit flavor is desired. Remember that flavors will meld and intensify slightly as the mixture sits.
Step 3. Pour the flavored concentrate into individual 12 oz bottles or glasses, filling each about 1/3 full (4 oz). Top off each serving with plain sparkling water (8 oz) to reach 12 oz total. This dilution method ensures consistent flavor distribution and maintains maximum carbonation.
Step 4. For immediate consumption, serve over ice in chilled glasses. For storage, use glass bottles with tight-fitting lids and refrigerate. Gently roll the bottle between your palms before opening to redistribute any settled extracts - never shake as this will cause excessive foaming.
Step 5. The mixture is best consumed within 24-48 hours for optimal carbonation and flavor. Store any unused flavoring concentrate separately in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. To serve, use a 1:2 ratio of concentrate to fresh sparkling water.

Storage

Store in refrigerator for up to 48 hours. Keep bottles tightly sealed to maintain carbonation. Extract concentrates keep for 6-12 months when stored in cool, dark place.
