Instructions

Step 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: 3.2g caffeine anhydrous (MEASURE CAREFULLY - this is potent), 32g taurine powder, 7.7g potassium citrate, 3.5g Redmond Real Salt, and 4.8g citric acid. Whisk thoroughly for 3-4 minutes to ensure even distribution, as caffeine can clump. The mixture should be uniform with no visible clumps.
Step 2. Open 1 NOW Foods B2 capsule and add the yellow riboflavin powder to the mixture. Add a pinch (0.5g) of natural beta-carotene powder. Mix gently for another minute. The blend will have a light yellow-orange tint from the vitamins.
Step 3. Transfer the complete powder blend to an airtight glass jar. Label clearly with contents and date. This concentrated mix will keep for up to 12 months in a cool, dry place away from light.
Step 4. To prepare each serving: Add 1.5g (about 1/4 teaspoon) of the powder blend to a 16 oz glass. Start with 4-6 oz of cold sparkling water and stir vigorously until completely dissolved - this takes 30-45 seconds. The vitamins may cause slight foaming, which is normal.
Step 5. Top off with additional sparkling water to reach 16 oz total volume. For best flavor, add a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice. Stir once more and serve immediately over ice. The drink should be consumed within 30 minutes for optimal carbonation and nutrient stability.

Storage

Store dry powder blend in airtight glass container for up to 12 months. Mixed drinks should be consumed immediately and not stored. Without preservatives, mixed beverages lose potency and may develop off-flavors within hours.
