Based on: Creapure
· Makes approximately 83 servings
· Serving: 6g (1 level teaspoon): 5g creatine + 1g taurine
Why This Recipe is Seed Oil Free
Commercial Creapure often contains inflammatory seed oils like canola, soybean, or sunflower oil. This homemade version replaces them with healthier fats like butter, ghee, coconut oil, or avocado oil — giving you the same great taste without the processed oils.

Instructions
Step 1. Using a digital scale, weigh out 415g of creatine monohydrate into a large mixing bowl. The powder should be fine and white with no clumps - if clumpy, sift through a fine mesh strainer first.
Step 2. Add 83g of L-taurine to the creatine. Taurine has a slightly different texture (more crystalline) and may appear slightly off-white compared to the bright white creatine.
Step 3. Using a large spoon or whisk, thoroughly combine the powders for 3-4 minutes, scraping sides and bottom of bowl. The goal is complete homogenization - any unmixed areas will create inconsistent servings. The final blend should look uniform in color and texture.
Step 4. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container (preferably dark glass or opaque plastic to protect from light). A wide-mouth mason jar works well for easy scooping.
Step 5. Label with date and serving instructions: '1 level teaspoon (6g) mixed with 8-16oz water or juice, taken post-workout or anytime daily.'
Step 6. To use: Measure 1 level teaspoon (6g) using a measuring spoon or small scale. Mix thoroughly with liquid - creatine can settle quickly. Consume within 30 minutes of mixing for best absorption. Can be taken with or without food, but avoid caffeine within 1 hour as it may interfere with creatine uptake.
Storage
Store in cool, dry place away from direct light. Properly stored, this blend maintains potency for 2-3 years. Keep container tightly sealed to prevent moisture absorption which can cause clumping.
